 Important Information

Order online:

1. please download the order form here and follow the instructions to fill out

2. when complete, email the edited version to our email, cheekychalla@gmail.com

3. we will respond as soon as possible with a confirmation email, detailing the items you wish to order and the pricing, along with an invoice to be paid

4. a second email will be sent after we have received your payment

Order in-store:

1. please come during store hours (preferably in the morning, avoiding the lunch rush)

2. you will be provided with an order form and a pen to fill out

3. once complete, your order will be confirmed by a staff member and the payment will be made

Dietary requirements/allergies and food consumption

1. Here at Cheeky Challa, we try to accommodate to all requests for customers with intolerances and allergies. However, due to the nature of our working environment, cross contamination of common allergens occur. It is important to us that customers with allergies, intolerances and other food related illnesses are aware of this risk. Cheeky Challa will not assume any liability for adverse reactions from the food consumed, or items one may come in contact with whilst eating any of our products.

2. For optimal freshness, our food is best consumed immediately. If not, we advise that it is consumed within 3 hours of collection time and refrigerated. If our food is consumed outside 3 hours of collection time and not refrigerated prior to eating, we will not be responsible for the decline in quality or any foodborne illnesses that may occur.
